Santa Rosa Medical Center is looking for energetic, motivated RN, House Supervisorprofessional interested in being on the forefront of new opportunities.
Description of Duties:
Coordinates the managerial and clinical activities within the hospital 24/7 including weekends and holidays. Represents Hospital and Nursing Administration, faciltating the smooth running of the hospital through astute decision-making or appropriate referral. Assists Nursing Directors with the scheduling of staff to ensure appropriate staffing for units. Staff units acording to patient care standards, census, level of care and staff competencies. Promote a positive working relationship between departments. Utilize clinical judgment skills to be a resource for nursing and ancillay staff members in making patient care related and hospital operation decisions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Hours/shift: Rotating 12 hr shifts days, nights, and weekends as needed for total House Supervision schedule coverage.
Requirements
Valid State of Florida Registered Nurse License
BLS certification
ACLS Certification
PALS Certification
NRP Certification
Excellent oral/written communication skills to include customer service skills.
Critical Thinking Skills
Minimum of 5 years caried acute hospital experience

Directions from the Pace:
Take Woodbine North, then right on Berryhill Road (184A) to SRMC on your left, or, take Highway 90 East to Glover Lane. Turn left on Glover Lane to Berryhill Road, then left on Berryhill Road. SRMC is ¼ of a mile on your right.
Directions from Pensacola:
Follow the directions for the Highway 90 route or take I-10 to the Avalon Boulevard, exit 22. Take a left on Avalon, then a right on Highway 90; left on Glover Lane and another left on Berryhill Road to SRMC on your right.
