If you have a problem or concern that is not being resolved to your satisfaction, please ask to speak to the department manager or charge nurse. You may also contact (850) 626-7762, which is our 24-hour-a-day Hospital Hotline, and speak with the Patient Ambassador, the House Supervisor, or an Administrator.

In addition, a percentage of Santa Rosa Medical Center’s patients are contacted a few days post-discharge and are surveyed about their experience at the hospital. If picked for the survey, please take a little time to provide us with some feedback so that we  can improve the patient experience.
