Diabetes Education Program
The Diabetes Education Program at Santa Rosa Medical Center provides comprehensive diabetes education for all patients with diabetes.
Patients with type 2 diabetes receive 8 hours of education in a small class setting. Classes are limited to a maximum of 10 patients so that each patient can receive personalized attention.
Patients who are on insulin, who are pregnant, or have other special needs may be seen individually.
