Santa Rosa Medical Center offers the highest quality rehabilitation available. Our physical rehabilitation department provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.

Facilities

Our new Physical Rehabilitation Center is located in the Medical Office Building on the Santa Rosa Medical Center Campus. The Medical Office Buidling is located at 5992 Berryhill Road, Milton, Florida 32570.

The new 5,000 square foot rehabilitation facility includes a 400 square foot heated therapy pool and state of the art exercise and rehabilitation equipment.   SRMC also offers warm water aquatic exercise classes for the community.  Six aquatic classes, including morning and afternoon times, are held daily.

Our goal is to help patients increase their physical capabilities, functional capacities, and to enhance their quality of life.  Every patient receives a thorough evaluation from our highly qualified staff.  Upon completion of the evaluation, the therapist will develop a personalized exercise program or rehabilitation schedule for each patient.
