Facilities
Our Physical Rehabilitation Center is located in the Medical Office Building on the Santa Rosa Medical Center campus, at 5992 Berryhill Road, Milton, FL 32570.
The 5,000-square-foot rehabilitation facility includes a 400-square-foot heated therapy pool and state-of-the-art exercise and rehabilitation equipment. SRMC also offers warm-water aquatic exercise classes for the community. Six aquatic classes, including morning and afternoon classes, are held daily.
