The doctors, nurse educators, dietitians and other diabetes care professionals at Santa Rosa Medical Center provide valuable education and information to help you manage your health.
The diabetes education program at Santa Rosa Medical Center provides diabetes education for all patients with diabetes. Classes are offered once monthly and taught by a certified diabetic educator. The curriculum includes Diabetes 101, which covers staying healthy and reviews diabetic medications. This is a free education class given to help you learn about managing your diabetes.
