MILTON, Fla., March 6, 2023 – Justin Serrano has been named chief executive officer of Santa Rosa Medical Center (SRMC). Serrano has served as interim chief executive officer at SRMC since October 2022.
“Santa Rosa Medical Center is a growing healthcare delivery system with a truly outstanding team of employees, physicians and volunteers,” says Serrano. “This organization is intensely committed to the people of Santa Rosa County and I am excited to work alongside such a talented group of healthcare providers to meet our community’s expectations of high-quality, personalized care closer to home.”

“Justin is dedicated to building a high standard of patient service at Santa Rosa Medical Center,” explains Timothy Rak, M.D., Santa Rosa Medical Center’s board of trustees chairman. “We are thrilled he will continue his career at Santa Rosa Medical Center as our new CEO.”
