Santa Rosa Medical Center Names Randall DeLee Chief Administrative Officer

MILTON, FL – Santa Rosa Medical Center (SRMC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Randall “Randy” DeLee as its new chief administrative officer (CAO).

Before joining SRMC, DeLee held several key executive leadership roles, including vice president of operations for HCA Florida West. His extensive background in healthcare administration and focus on operational excellence have consistently contributed to stronger performance, improved patient experiences, and enhanced community partnerships.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, DeLee is recognized for his dedication to community engagement and his accessible leadership approach. A native of Clinton, Louisiana, he commenced his career in healthcare as a clinician before earning both his bachelor's and master's degrees in healthcare administration from Western Governors University. He loves spending time outdoors, traveling, and is a devoted husband to wife, Adriana, and father to his three children.
